How To Enroll

Thank you for your interest in Oregon School of Massage! Our Admissions Coordinators are pleased to assist you with the enrollment application process. Please call the Portland Campus at 800-844-3420 or Salem Campus at 877-588-8912 to initiate you enrollment, which involves the following steps:

  1. Attend a Massage Training Preview and/or call to set an appointment with an Admissions Coordinator. At these sessions, you will learn the important and necessary details about OSM, the Massage Certificate Program and the Application process.

  2. After you have attended a Massage Training Preview or met with an Admissions Coordinator, you may submit your completed application, along with a copy of your high school diploma/GED certificate, photo ID and $125 application fee. Also, you will need to submit a completed ABMP student liability insurance form and $95 fee (provides 18 months coverage), or alternatively, submit proof of student liability insurance. To submit you application materials, please make an appointment with an Admissions Coordinator.

  3. Upon your acceptance to the program, you will complete your admission to OSM by signing an Enrollment Agreement form.

  4. You may register for classes at any time after your acceptance into the program. You will need to pay for classes at the time that you register. Your Admissions Coordinator will assist you with your class registration and any financing option you may choose.
