How To Enroll
Thank you for your interest in Oregon School of Massage! Our Admissions Coordinators are pleased to assist you with the enrollment application process. Please call the Portland Campus at 800-844-3420 or Salem Campus at 877-588-8912 to initiate your enrollment, which involves the following steps:
- Plan to Attend a Massage Training Preview or meet with an Admissions Coordinator. You will learn about OSM, the Massage Certificate Program and details of the application process.
- To apply, download the forms below. Complete your application and submit
along with a copy of your high school diploma/GED certificate, photo ID and
$25 application fee. Please submit a completed ABMP student liability
insurance form along with your application. You may mail the completed
application to your campus of choice or submit in person with an Admissions
Coordinator.
- An admissions representative will review the application and contact you
regarding an enrollment interview. If accepted, enrollment is completed by
signing the Enrollment Agreement form and paying the remaining fees. These are
$100 program registration fee and $95 student insurance (provides 18 months
coverage).
- Once enrolled, you may register for classes at any time. Payment of tuition (plus applicable loan or contract fees) are due at time of registration. Your admissions representative can assist you with registration and discuss financing options. An additional late program registration fee of $25 will be assessed if application and registration is not completed by the Tuesday before the term begins.
